Apartment:
Master Bedroom has queen bed with Victorian style decor.
Second bedroom has queen bed cottage style. There is a full
kitchen, large bathroom and living room with pull out sofa.
Each room has Color Cable TV and A/C, connecting
room opens up to turn this apartment into a 3 bedroom
accommodation. The third room is a king room with a sundeck
and whirlpool tub plus a pull out love seat sofabed
Cottage:
3 bedroom unit w/fully equipped kitchen & dining area,
bathroom, living room, washer/dryer, A/C, and private deck overlooking
river end of the cove
Maid
service is provided w/
cottage and apartment - weekly rentals. Details

per day for basic service (daily removal of garbage, clean

The
Fine Print
All room rates are per night and subject to Maine state
lodging & meals tax (currently 7%).
Check-in time is 3PM and
check-out time is 11AM. Sorry no pets.
 Deposit
and Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit is due at time of
reservation (minimum one night's stay). Balance is payable
upon arrival. All deposits are fully refundable (less a $30
processing and handling fee) until 7 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival,
all deposits are non-refundable. Please Note:
Cancellation for weekly rental of Apartment & Cottage
during July and August require 30 days.
The
deposit will be credited to the last night of your
reservation. Please note, the deposit will be forfeited and
will not be credited to your account should you arrive a day
or more late or depart a day or more early from your
scheduled reservation. Deposits for holiday and special
events are non-refundable.
Packages:
All packages are quoted per person based upon double
occupancy. 7% Maine state rooms and meals tax. Service
charges will be auto added to your package. No Package
Substitutions.
Service
Charge: A
resort charge of $3.00 per room per day will apply daily
Minimum
Stays and Holiday Restrictions:
Surcharges, minimum stays and/or package only options may be
applicable during certain weekends, holiday periods, or
special events.

There is a charge for each adult person - in a double room.
Maximum 4 persons per regular room.
